H2 Hemmer™
Click On Thumbnails to EnlargeTo save time and minimize part handling, the Bradbury H2 Hemmer™ simultaneously produces quarter-inch to half-inch hems on each side of blanks from 5 ½ to 39 inches in width. Strips as narrow as 3 ¼ inches can be hemmed on one edge. This unit easily turns out 100 feet of hand-fed 26- to 29-gauge blanks per minute with exceptional consistency that folder-hemmed blanks are unlikely to match. No tooling changes are required to switch between closed and open hems. Simply turning an adjusting knob completes the change. A wheeled base and a 115-volt single-phase motor allow the H2 to be moved around the shop and plugged in wherever needed, without regard to the special wiring required for 460-volt three-phase machines. This lower voltage motor contributes to the H2 being offered at a highly competitive price point. |
