Bradbury steel framing accessory roll forming lines come in single profile or rafted designs to accommodate industry-standard or customer-specific profiles in standard material thicknesses. Rafted machines feature the dog and pin coupling system for rapid changeovers. These roll formers can attain speeds up to 400 fpm and offer closed-loop cutoff along with an optional accessory viper for punching applications. Profiles include, but are not limited to, angles, u-channels, furring channels, resilient channel-1, resilient channel-2, corner bead, and z-furring.
