Bradbury Angle Rollforming lines
Bradbury roll formers produce angle pieces for overhead doors in a wide range of gauges from 18-gauge to 3/8 inch thick in hot rolled, galvanized, cold rolled, and stainless steel. Aluminum and other materials are often utilized. Equal legs and unequal legs from 1 inch through 6 inches are common. Special straightening fixtures reduce twist on unequal leg angle. Holes can be custom punched at specific locations along the legs or continuous equal spaced punching on common centers can be provided. Line speeds of 50 to 120 FPM will meet your production requirements. Stackers are a common option for ease of handling and packaging.
