Insulated Metal Panel Rollforming Lines

Discontinuous panel production for polyurethane-filled panels includes insulated wall and roof building panels, garage doors, entry doors, and refrigeration coolers. With single or multi-cavity presses capable of handling panels from 2" to 6" thick, up to 42" wide and up to 36 feet long, Bradbury can meet each customer's production requirements and budget. Presses include heated and cooled platens and are built to withstand the high foam process pressures. Complete systems can include tooled molds with press loading/unloading components.
