For over five decades, Bradbury Single High Rollformer Panel Lines have consistently helped manufacturers of roll formed building panels bring concealed- and exposed-fastener panels to market. The Bradbury Group has the complete building panel solution for customers working with 20-gauge to 31-gauge steel. We also have the capability to supply notching, punching, in-line sealant, and swaging in a complete “on-the-fly” system. The Bradbury flying BOSS™ Shear supplies unsurpassed accuracy (+/- 1/16") and throughput (300 FPM) to complement all of our high-performance panel lines.
Double High® Rollformers

Bradbury Double High® Rollformers feature upper and lower passlines of tooling that can be individually fed to form different profiles by raising or lowering an entry conveyor.
Rafted® Rollformers

The Rafted® Rollformer option can be built into standard systems. Inboard and outboard stands, shafts, and tooling are mounted on removable subplates, or rafts, so that complete sets of tooling can be rapidly exchanged - without handling individual tools or resetting roll gaps.
Double Wide® Rollformers

Our Double Wide® rollformer configuration allows rapid production changes between two or more sections by shifting the entire rollformer laterally to align tooling with entry and exit equipment.
Duplex Rollformers

The Bradbury 100 Series Mills are duplex style rollformers. These rollformers have two forming heads with facing cantilevered spindles. They are most often used in applications where only the edges of a wide panel are being rollformed. One of their most outstanding features is the ability to form an infinite range of part widths, within a defined maximum and minimum, by simply changing the space between the heads.
The B.O.S.S.™ Shear

The Bradbury Orbital Servo Shear (B.O.S.S.™) brings a revolution to metal sheet cutting. This high speed, closed loop flying shear was developed to increase shearing productivity - and there is no other piece of equipment like it. With its state-of-the-art features, the B.O.S.S.™ provides high production with close tolerance shearing. The intelligent drive and shear system allows the B.O.S.S.™ to be close coupled to a new or existing rollformer and acceleration or deceleration of the line does not affect the cut.

Our Single-Level™ Rollformers provide a cost-effective rollforming line for the production of one specific roofing or wall panel profile. An integrated uncoiler, stationary post-cut hydraulic shear, and runout table are standard equipment. Electromechanical drive systems, multiple program controls, flying shears, and other optional equipment is available for all of our rollformers.
Dual-Level™ Rollformers

Produce two profiles within the same floorspace required for a single-level machine. Our Dual-Level™ Rollformers are based on the same design as our Single-Level™ units but have top and bottom infeed guides, two levels of dedicated tooling, a double-acting stationary shear. Twin electromechanical drive systems, multiple-program controls, flying shears, and other options are available for all of our rollformers.
Rafted® Rollformers

Rafted® units enable operators to switch quickly from one product profile to another. They consist of a base chassis fitted with hardened tapered locating pins for self-alignment of tooling raft sections. Replaceable tooling rafts, or modules, are outfitted with complete tool sets for producing a specific profile. The chassis is equipped with all components needed to run the tooling rafts. Drives have double or multiple quick-connect input shafts.
