Bradbury Track Rollforming Lines

Bradbury roll formers and related metal processing equipment produce a full range of garage door components. Track lines, sometimes known as J-track due to their profile shape, can be formed in 2-inch and 3-inch profiles. Horizontal and vertical track typically ranges in thickness from .040" to .095". Full punching capabilities for lock holes, jamb brackets, and angle brackets can be incorporated to complete your manufacturing requirements. Track benders are available with tooling to produce 10", 12", 15", and 20" full radius horizontal track – as well as involute or elliptical “low headroom” bends. Post-trim and punch options can be added to complete your horizontal track fabrication. Production rates of 6 to 8 LH/RH pairs per minute are commonly achieved.
