Hilleng Mineral Wool Loader
The Hilleng Mineral Wool Loader is designed to load mineral wool sheets from a pallet onto the pusher table, which feeds the mineral wool sheet into the Main Press of the Hilleng Continuous Insulating Panel Laminating System.
Step-by-Step Process
- Forklift operator positions pallet of mineral wool onto the unit's floor conveyor.
- Adhesive is applied and the steel and core material are bonded in the Main Press.
- Floor conveyor moves pallet under the lifting head.
- Lifting head lowers, activates specially designed pick-up needles.
- Head grabs single mineral wool sheet, transports it to pusher table.
- Pusher table feeds sheet into the Main Press.
- Adhesive is applied and the steel and core material are bonded in the Main Press.
- Alarm alerts forklift operator to load the next pallet when stack runs low.
