The Bradbury Group is committed to providing you with world-class customer service through our Technical Service Departments. Our knowledgeable staff has many years of service in the metal processing industry and is ready to assist you with your spare parts needs, service contracts, and technical questions. The Bradbury Group utilizes the latest technology in remote diagnostics to ensure our customers are supported in a timely fashion minimizing down-time.
No job is too big or too small. Whether the job requires only a controller and some rewiring, or it requires a new operator station and equipment cabinets. Bradbury engineers and technicians can offer a full service package with engineering, installation, and electrical drawings at the end of the project.
Bradbury can upgrade your existing Hydraulic Leveler to provide the Patented #8893537 e•Drive® system. Through research and development, the gearbox was split into two independent drive sections. We focus specific horsepower to the material at the point of plastification while the exit side of the gearbox is more concentrated on pulling the material out of the leveler. It provides greater plastification of the material and allows for more stretch while gaining deeper penetration - equalizing internal stresses. This is very important with today's demand for "Process Flat™" materials. e•Drive® provides better material to end user for laser cutting, shearing, press braking, and robotic welding.
Bradbury can supply new tooling or in some cases re-cut and re-chrome your existing tooling. Bradbury has inspection centers where tooling is checked to insure it is per print. Multiple test mills are located at Bradbury where we are able to test by installing, setting up, and running the product in-house for approval before final installation. Re-cutting improves end part quality, dimensional accuracy, and creates a tighter radius and an overall more uniform profile. Bradbury technicians are available to assist at your facility in the disassembly, reassembly, and testing of tooling.
Download our Roll former Specifications Form for retool requests on non-Bradbury manufactured roll formers.
Bradbury technicians are available to train equipment operators on new or previously owned Bradbury Group Equipment. We can supply custom tailored service agreements that fit your needs. Our agreements can include operator training, maintenance education, machine calibrations and inspections, and reviewing of spare part inventory. After each technician visit a custom report is generated that includes what was found and recommendations. A preventative maintenance agreement can help reduce unexpected down time and improve machine run time.
